Tutorial Courses and the college preparatory track

Math, World Language, and Art
CWS students can earn credits in Math, World Languages, and Art through a variety of means.

  • Students in Algebra II and Pre-Calculus may enroll in those courses taught by our math teacher. Students wishing to take other math classes will be enrolled in courses offered through accredited online partnerships.

  • World Language instruction is offered through accredited online partnerships.

  • For interested students, and on the recommendation of their sending school, independent studies in art and photography are offered.

College Guidance
In Fall semesters, 12th grade students work with their sending school’s college guidance office, supported by CWS faculty, to complete their college applications.

In Spring semesters, 11th grade students begin the college search process as a component of the Leadership Seminar. Additionally, students are encouraged to work with their sending school’s college guidance office as appropriate.
